About Me
When I first began practicing yoga and meditation in 2008, I was a teenager searching for peace in a chaotic world.
In 2017, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training simply because I loved the practice. That same year, guided by my teacher’s encouragement, I said “yes” to teaching at a local community event—and my journey as a teacher began. In 2018, I traveled to northern India to deepen my understanding of the roots of Buddhism, yoga, and meditation. Soon after, I completed my 500 hour training as I expanded into studio classes and special events. In 2021, I was invited to host my first mama blessing. Again, I said “yes.” Through these experiences, I discovered the profound power of community—how coming together with shared intention can create the worlds and spaces we long to inhabit.
Today, I offer private yoga sessions, community events, farm yoga, blessings, and sobriety and wellness workshops, mostly along California’s Central Coast. My classes range from power vinyasa to slow-flow, always infused with mindful movement, Ayurveda, and trauma-informed language. My deepest hope is to guide each student toward a true connection with themselves—to listen to their inner wisdom and find balance on and off the mat.
Protecting the Planet
Since 2018, I’ve been dedicated to a full-time career in regenerative organic agriculture—championing environmental practices that restore the land, improve soil health, and support a resilient climate. Alongside a passionate team, we raise millions annually to empower regenerative organic farmers across the United States. Just as yoga connects us to our inner balance, regenerative organic farming reconnects us to the earth’s natural rhythms, fostering harmony between people and the planet.
